TO PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE ACADEMIC, SOCIAL AND BEHAVIORAL TRAINING WITHIN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT WILL STRESS SELF-CONTROL AND DISCIPLINE. GROUP LIVING ARRANGEMENTS AND STRUCTURED DAILY ACTIVITIES WILL BE USED TO DEVELOP POSITIVE BEHAVIOR AND FOSTER SOUND DECISION-MAKING SKILLS. THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS THE REHABILITATION OF DELINQUENT YOUTHS. THIS YOUTH SERVICES CENTER WILL BE A COMMUNITY-BASED RESIDENTIAL MALE YOUTH CENTER. THE CENTER WILL SERVE AS A DISPOSITION ALTERNATIVE FOR THE JUVENILE COURTS.
