THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF THIS ORGANIZATION IS THE REHABILITATION OF DELINQUENT YOUTHS. THIS YOUTH SERVICES CENTER WILL BE A COMMUNITY-BASED RESIDENTIAL MALE YOUTH CENTER. THE CENTER WILL SERVE AS A DISPOSITION ALTERNATIVE FOR THE JUVENILE COURTS.
