CCIM (CERTIFIED COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT MEMBER) IS A NATIONAL PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATION AWARDED TO COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONALS WHO HAVE SATISFIED RIGOROUS EXPERIENCE, TESTING, AND CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS. THE ALABAMA CCIM CHAPTER WAS ORGANIZED IN JANUARY, 1987. ITS PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE THE CCIM DESIGNATION. THIS IS DONE THROUGH OFFERING CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR ITS MEMBERS OR TO OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES. THROUGH REGULAR MEETINGS, THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ALLOWS MEMBERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO NETWORK WITH THEIR PEERS IN ALABAMA.
