MID-SOUTH RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL ADMINISTERED LOCAL AND REGIONAL RESOURCE CONSERVATION AND THE DEVELOPMENT PLANS OF ORGANIZATIONS AND AGENCIES WITHIN THE EIGHT-COUNTY AREA IN AN EFFORT TO IMPROVE ECONOMIC CONDITIONS.
