ALABAMA ARISE ACTION MEMBERS ADVANCED LEGISLATION TO REMOVE THE STATE PORTION OF THE SALES TAX ON GROCERIES AND SPOKE OUT IN SUPPORT OF RACIAL JUSTICE. WE HOSTED A REMOTE LEGISLATIVE DAY AND A MEDICAID EXPANSION CALL-IN DAY TO ENGAGE OVER 1000 ARISE MEMBERS IN DIRECT LEGISLATIVE ADVOCACY.
