PARTICIPANTS RANGING IN AGE FROM 5 TO 19 YEARS, BOTH MALE ANDFEMALE, PLAYING IN YOUTH SOCCER LEAGUE. THE BALL FIELDS AND PRACTICE FIELDS WERE MAINTAINED (WATER,FERTILIZER, GRASS CUTTING, ETC.) AND PROVIDED BY THE CITY OFHOOVER. WE PAID ALL VARIABLE COSTS DUE TO OUR PRESENCE ON THEFIELDS, SUCH AS UTILITIES AND A PORTION OF FIELD MAINTENANCE.ALL FIELDS AND AREAS PROVIDED BY THE CITY OF HOOVER ARE PUBLICPARKS THAT CAN BE RESERVED AND USED BY OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. WE ARE UNABLE TO PLACE A VALUE ON THE USE OF A PUBLIC PARK; WE ARE REPORTING WHAT WE PAID FOR LIGHTS AND FIELD MAINTENANCE.
