PROMOTES AND ENCOURAGES DEVELOPMENT OF THE HOMEBUILDING INDUSTRY IN THE PHENIX CITY, AL AREA BY CONDUCTING MONTHLY MEETINGS WHICH INFORM AND ASSIST MEMBERS WITH CURRENT ISSUES AFFECTING THE HOMEBUILDING INDUSTRY. THE ASSOCIATION ALSO REPRESENTS THE LOCAL MEMBERSHIP AT THE STATE AND NATIONAL CONVENTIONS. THE PHENIX CITY HOMEBUILDERS ASSOCIATION HELPS THE GENERAL COMMUNITY THROUGH CONTRIBUTIONS TO LOCAL 501(C)(3) CHARITIES.
