(THE "ASSOCIATION") IS A GEORGIA NON-PROFIT CORPORATION LOCATED IN ELLIJAY, GA WHOSE PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO EXERCIZE, ON BEHALF OF MEMBERS, THE RIGHTS, POWERS, AND OBLIGATIONS VESTED IN THE ASSOCIATION PURSUANT TO ITS DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS ON FILE IN RECORDS OF THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF GILMER COUNTY, GEORGIA. SUCH DECLARATIONS PROVIDE FOR, AMONG OTHER ITEMS, THE ELECTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, MANAGEMENT AND MAINTEANCE OF ALL COMMON AREAS AND ELEMENTED, AND THE COLLECTION OF MEMBER ASSESSMENTS.
