WE DO THIS BY PROVIDING LONG TERM CARE SERVICES AND SUPPORTS TO THE ELDERS OF JEFFERSON COUNTY, ALABAMA. REVENUES GENERATED FROM THESE SERVICES AND SUPPORTS ARE PAID BY PRIVATE CARE FUNDS, MEDICAID, MEDICARE, PRIVATE INSURANCE AND THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION.
