TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT - THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDED TRAINING FOR EMPLOYEES AND DIRECTORS OF THE RURAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVES. TRAINING AREAS INCLUDED UTILITY LINE WORK, UTILITY CONSTRUCTION, SAFETY, MANAGEMENT SKILLS, ACCOUNTING SKILLS, HR SKILLS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, LEADERSHIP SKILLS, DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES, AND ROLES.
