THE ORGANIZATIONS MISSION IS TO SERVE INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES IN MULTIPLE FUNCTIONAL DOMAINS WITH UNIQUE, NEEDS-BASED PROGRAMS THAT ENRICH THEIR LIVES AND PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY TO ACHIEVE LIFELONG LEARNING. THIS IS ACCOMPLISH THROUGH CAMP PROGRAM, CLASSROOM PROGRAM, AND THEIR WE ADAPT PROGRAM. THE CAMP PROGRAM PROVIDES STUDENTS WITH AN EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING OPPORTUNITY TO WORK WITH KIDS AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES IN AN OUTDOOR RECREATION SETTING.THE CLASSROOM PROGRAM PROVIDES SPECIAL EDUCATION CLASSROOMS WITH ASYNCHRONOUS VIDEO CONTENT OF ADAPTED RECREATION ACTIVITIES DESIGNED SPECIFICALLY FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES.THE WE ADAPT PROGRAM SERVES ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES BY PROVIDING COMMUNITY BASED PROGRAMS WHERE THE GOAL IS TO PROMOTE SELF-ADVOCACY AND FUNCTIONAL INDEPENDENCE.
