MENTORING & CONSULTING - MDI PROVIDES MENTORING AND CONSULTING SERVICES AT NO CHARGE TO LEADERS OF CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES, CHURCHES, MISSIONARIES AND OTHER PROGRAMS BOTH DOMESTICALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY. BY POURING INTO LEADERS IN THEIR ESTABLISHED MINISTRIES, MDI IS ABLE TO EQUIP THESE LEADERS TO ACHIEVE GOD'S CALLING ON THEIR LIVES. INVESTING IN THESE LEADERS AND THEIR MINISTRIES RESULTS IN SUSTAINED MINISTRY OUTREACH AND HUMANITARIAN AID IN PARTS OF THE WORLD THAT DESPERATELY NEED IT. MDI IS EMPOWERING LEADERS TO IMPACT THE WORLD.
EQUIPPING - OFTEN LEADERS ARE NOT ABLE TO ALLOCATE LARGER AMOUNTS OF TIME FOR MDI'S MENTORING AND CONSULTING SERVICES BUT ARE STILL IN NEED OF ENRICHMENT AND ENCOURAGEMENT. MDI HOLDS EVENTS TO SERVE THESE CHURCH AND PARACHURCH LEADERS IN SMALLER ONE-DAY INTENSIVES WITH A HEART TO PROVIDE TRAINING, ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT.
FISCAL SPONSORSHIPS - MDI WORKS WITH MANY MINISTRY LEADERS ALL OVER THE WORLD, MANY OF WHOM ARE INTERNATIONAL NGO'S, BUT ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE. WE PERIODICALLY RECEIVE REQUESTS FROM MINISTRY LEADERS TO UTILIZE MDI'S UNITED STATES-BASED TAX-EXEMPT STATUS TO SERVE AS A FINANCIAL CONDUIT, OR FISCAL SPONSOR, FOR A PROJECT, MISSIONARY, NEW INITIATIVE OR OTHER MINISTRY VENTURE THAT CLOSELY ALIGNS WITH MDI'S MISSION. WE SEE THIS AS AN OPPORTUNITY TO PARTNER WITH LEADERS TO STRENGTHEN MINISTRY.
