TEACHER CONSERVATION TOUR - SPONSORSHIP OF TWO DAY EDUCATIONAL TOURS FOCUSING ON ALL ASPECTS OF FORESTRY, FROM THE LANDOWNER TO THE MANUFACTURER. ATTENDED BY APPROXIMATELY 69 EDUCATORS.


SUSTAINABLE FOREST INITIATIVE - AD CAMPAIGN ADMINISTERED ON BEHALF OF THE AMERICAN FOREST AND PAPER ASSOCIATION ARKANSAS. ARKANSAS ENVIRONMENT EDUCATION SPONSOR. ARKANSAS URBAN FORESTRY COUNCIL SPONSOR. LOG-A-LOAD FOR KIDS. GIVE TO GROW. GREEN CAREERS EXPO. BE PRO BE PROUD - FOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT. CONDUCTED 40 CLINICS ATTENDED BY APPROXIMATELY 634 INDIVIDUALS ON VARIOUS TOPICS RELATIVE TO FORESTRY IN ARKANSAS AND THE USA. CONDUCTED 17 SCHOOL AND CAMP PROGRAMS REACHING 463 YOUTH AND 4267 TEACHERS AND ADULTS.


LANDOWNER EDUCATION - TO PROMOTE SUSTAINABLE FORESTRY PRINCIPLES TO ALL ARKANSAS LANDOWNERS BY PROVIDING LANDOWNER EDUCATION, ASSISTANCE AND OUTREACH, AND BUILDING A NETWORK OF FORESTRY-RELATED RESOURCES. CONDUCTED 15 WORKSHOPS ATTENDED BY APPROXIMATELY 508 INDIVIDUALS.
