IT WORKED WITH LOCAL AGENCIES TO IMPROVE INFRASTRUCTURE AND ASSIST IN JOB DEVELOPMENT FOR WORKERS DISPLACED BY GOVERNMENT CUTBACKS IN THE OAK RIDGE, TN REGION. DIRECT EXPENSES ARE SHOWN AS RENTAL EXPENSE


OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE AN ENERGY PARKS INIATIVE THROUGH THE US DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY, AND GROWING SWITCHGRASS FOR AN ALTERNATIVE FUEL PROGRAM THROUGH THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE
