THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED FOOD AND ASSISTANCE WITH UTILITY BILLS, AS WELL AS MEDICINE AND OTHER SPECIAL NEEDS, TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES LIVING WITHIN ZIP CODE 37138. DURING EARLY 2020 THE ORGANIZATION CLOSED ITS DOORS AND CEASED OPERATIONS. IN MARCH 2020 THE ORGANIZATION SOLD THE BUILDING IT OPERATED FROM. HAVING RECEIVING APPROVAL FROM STATE REGULATORS, THE ORGANIZATION DISTRIBUTED ALL REMAINING FUNDS TO VARIOUS CHURCHES AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS. THE FINAL DISTRIBUTIONS OCCURRED IN JANUARY 2021.
