TRAVEL TEAMS AT FIVE LEVELS WITH ON-ICE ACTIVITIES FOUR TIMES PER WEEK, AND HOUSE TEAMS AT SIX LEVELS WITH AT LEAST 11 TEAMS AND ON-ICE ACTIVITIES TWO TIMES PER WEEK. PRACTICES AND GAMES TAKE PLACE FROM AUGUST THROUGH MARCH, WITH HOME ICE LOCATED AT RINKS IN VIRGINIA, MARYLAND AND WASHINGTON, DC. TEAMS TRAVEL THROUGH OUT THE ATLANTIC REGION FOR AWAY GAMES. ACTIVITIES WERE SEVERELY CURTAILED DUE TO COVID-19 SHUTDOWNS BUT ARE RECOVERING.
