THE ORGANIZATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS PROVIDING SMALL LOCAL GOVERNMENTS WITH QUALITY AFFORDABLE SOFTWARE SPECIFICALLY DEVELOPED FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS AND OTHER RELATED TECHNOLOGY SERVICES TO FILL THE GAP BETWEEN THE PRIVATE SECTOR'S TECHNOLOGY NEEDS AND THE UNIQUE TECHNOLOGY NEEDS OF LOCAL GOVERNMENTS. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED SOFTWARE, SOFTWARE TRAINING, TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING, NETWORK SERVICES, SOFTWARE SUPPORT AND HARDWARE MAINTENANCE FOR APPROXIMATELY 1,700 SMALL LOCAL GOVERNMENTS.
