TO PROTECT OUR EMPLOYERS AGAINST THE UNSKILLED AND INEXPERIENCED WORKER. TO ADVANCE THE PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICES OF CONCILIATION AND ARBITRATION IN THE SETTLEMENT OF ANY DIFFERENCE WITH OUR EMPLOYERS.
