HOLD WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE TO INFORM AND ENCOURAGE WOMEN TO BECOME LEADERS IN THE AGRICULTURE INDUSTRY, FAMILY, HOME, AND FARMING.
HOLD YOUNG FARMERS LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE TO DEVELOP LEADERSHIP IN FARMERS UNDER AGE 35. THE PROGRAM INTRODUCES PARTICIPANTS TO THE BUSINESS SIDE OF FARMING WHILE OFFERING FAMILY EVENTS.
