CLINTON COUNTY HOSPITAL IS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT, 42 LICENSED-BED ACUTE CARE HOSPITAL ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO THE RESIDENTS OF CLINTON COUNTY. THE HOSPITAL'S PRIMARY SOURCES OF SUPPORT ARE FROM PATIENT REVENUE RECEIVED FROM MEDICARE, STATE AGENCIES AND INSURANCE COMPANIES. THERE WERE 8,820 BED DAYS AVAILABLE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED 2016.THE HOSPITAL PROVIDES CARE TO PATIENTS WHO MEET CERTAIN CRITERIA UNDER ITS CHARITY CARE POLICY WITHOUT CHARGE OR AT AMOUNTS LESS THAN ITS ESTABLISHED RATES.
