THE BAKERSFIELD KERN REGIONAL HOMELESS COLLABORATIVE IS A 501(C)3 NON PROFIT AGENCY WHO ALSO ACTS AS THE HUD REQUIRED CONTINUUM OF CARE (CA_604), PROVIDING STRATEGIC DIRECTION AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE WITH PUBLIC, PRIVATE AND NON PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS WORKING TO REDUCE HOMELESSNESS IN KERN COUNTY. BKRHC EMPLOYS 4 FULL TIME POSITIONS (EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, ADMINISTRATIVE ANALYST, GRANT MANAGER, AND PROGRAM COORDINATOR) TO OVERSEEE AND FACILITATE THE WORK OF THE COLLABORATIVE AND ITS MANY STANDING AND AD HOC COMMITTEES.
