BBSW ORGANIZED SEVERAL PLANNING AND NETWORKING EVENTS AMONG BBSWS BOARD MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND ADVISORY GROUP MEMBERS.THE THEME AND TOPICS OF THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCES WERE DISCUSSED. THE PLANING AND PREPARATION WORK FOR THE VIRTUAL CONFERENCES WERE CARRIED OUT AS WELL.
BBSW ORGANIZED TWO VIRTUAL CONFERENCES IN AUGUST AND NOVEMBER 2020. THE CONFERENCES INCLUDED SEMINARS AND PANEL DISCUSSIONS FROM DOMAIN EXPERTS. THE MAJORITY PARTICIPANTSWERE DATA SCIENTISTS AND STATISTICIANSIN THE BIOTECH/PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY.THE AUGUST EVENTS THEME WASEMBRACING CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES POSED BY THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
