THE ROLE OF THE OCJR IS TO EDUCATE OKLAHOMANS AND FACILITATE MEANINGFUL REFORM WITH THE HELP OF LOCAL SERVICE PROVIDERS, COMMUNITY AND STATE AGENCIES, AND COMMUNITY AND STATE LEADERS AND ORGANIZATIONS.
