OUR AGENCY SUPPORTS OPPORTUNITIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESIDENCE FOR INTELLECTUALLY DISABLED ADULTS. WE HAVE GROWN FROM 5 HOMES SERVING 15 INDIVIDUALS TO 10 HOMES SERVING 29 ADULTS IN NEED. THE AGENCY HAS EXPANDED TO SERVE BOTH BLOUNT AND KNOX COUNTIES IN EAST TENNESSEE. OUR EMPLOYEE BASE HAS GROWN TO 77 EMPLOYEES AND THE AGENCY NOW OFFERS MEDICAL AND LIFE INSURANCE AS WELL AS A HOST OF OTHER SUPPLEMENTAL BENEFITS TO ALL FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES. THE BOARD PRESIDENT HAS EXPANDED HER ROLE TO CEO UPON RETIRING FROM U.S. BANK IN MID OCTOBER AND JOINING THE AGENCY FULL-TIME.

OUR TEAM HAS BUILT A SOLID FOUNDATION FOR GROWTH NEW MISSION AND VISION, STRATEGIC PLAN FOCUSED ON FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, STAFFING/EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE FOR OUR SUPPORTED PERSONS.
