TO PROVIDE A FORUM FOR OPEN DISCUSSION AMONG COMPANIES THAT SUPPORT THE GROWTH OF DEVICE REFURBISHMENT. AT THE END OF 2014, THE ORGANIZATION DECIDED TO WIND UP OPERATIONS AND DISSOLVE.
