IN ADDITION, IT INCLUDES THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF INFORMATION CAMPAIGNS THAT EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE PROBLEMS AND OPPORTUNITIES THAT EXIST IN CONTEMPORARY RURAL COMMUNITIES.
