CARE NET'S MISSION IS TO EDUCATE, SUPPORT AND EMPOWER PEOPLE BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER AN UNPLANNED PREGNANCY WHILE UPLIFTING THE SANCTITY OF HUMAN LIFE.THE MISSION IS CARRIED OUT BY OFFERING LIFE AFFIRMING SERVICES IN 3 LOCATIONS IN NORTHERN KENTUCKY.

CARE NET OFFERS 21 MENTORING PROGRAMS FACILITATED BY VOLUNTEER MENTORS AND SUPERVISED BY STAFF IN THREE LOCATIONS IN NORTHERN KENTUCKY. THE MENTORING PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO EDUCATE, SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGE MEN AND WOMEN IN HEALTH AND WELLBEING TO BETTER EQUIP THEM FOR THE ROLE OF PARENTING THEIR CHILD FROM CONCEPTION TO ADOLESCENCE. IN 2021, 2,070 EDUCATIONAL MENTORING SESSIONS WERE PROVIDED BY 20 MENTORS AND STAFF. CARE NET'S MENTORING PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE BOTH ONLINE AND IN PERSON INCREASING PARTICIPATION LEVELS. ALL PROGRAMS ARE INCENTIVIZED, DRIVING HIGH PARTICIPATION AND A 95% COMPLETION RATE. THE MENTORING PROGRAM IS A CRITICAL SERVICE TO OUR COMMUNITY AND ALLOWS CHRISTIAN VOLUNTEERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO INVEST IN THE LIVES OF THOSE NEEDING SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT WHEN FACING AN UNINTENDED PREGNANCY OR PARENTING CHALLENGES.
OUR MEDICAL SERVICE OF ULTRASOUND FOR CONFIRMATION OF PREGNANCY STEADILY INCREASES IN NUMBER EACH YEAR AND IN 2021 RESULTED IN 208 WOMEN CHOOSING TO CARRY THEIR PREGNANCIES TO TERM. CARE NET IS BLESSED TO HAVE A MEDICAL DIRECTOR WHO DONATES HIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES TO OVERSEE THE ULTRASOUND PROGRAM. CARE NET EXPANDED ITS SERVICES TO MEET CLIENT DEMAND AND NEED, INCLUDING HIRING THREE ADDITIONAL REGISTERED NURSES IN 2021. CARE NET OFFERED MORE APPOINTMENTS AS THE PANDEMIC DIMINISHED, RESULTING IN OUR GREATEST YEAR FOR ULTRASOUND SERVICES. ADDITIONALLY, NEW SERVICE ENHANCEMENTS SUCH AS ADVERTISING ONLINE, ELECTRONIC INTAKE FORMS AND A NEW STAFF POSITION OF CLIENT INTAKE SPECIALIST RESULTED IN AN INCREASE IN SERVICES. CARE NET CONTINUES TO OFFER A 24-HELPLINE ANSWERED BY STAFF TO ENGAGE WOMEN FACING UNPLANNED PREGNANCY.
