ON DECEMBER 10, 2021 WESTERN KY SUFFERED CATASTROPHIC DESTRUCTION FROM A HISTORIC TORNADO. THIS BECAME KNOWN AS THE 2021 TORNADO FEMA DISASTER DR-4630-KY. THE ENTITY COORDINATED WITH OTHER NONPROFITS TO BE A CONDUIT FOR RELIEF FUNDS.
