THROUGH DONATIONS, GRANTS, AND REVENUE FROM OUR THRIFT STORE, WE HELP THOSE WHO ARE EXPERIENCING A DIFFICULT SEASON THEIR LIVES. BASED ON OUR FUNDING, BE IT A NEED FOR FOOD, ASSISTANCE WITH ELECTRICITY OR OTHER UTILITIES, RENT, EYEGLASSES, CLOTHING, FURNITURE, PERSONAL ITEMS, MEDICINE, HELP WITH FORM COMPLETION, PRAYER, ETC., CHRISITAN SOCIAL SERVICES CONTINUES TO SUPPORT THE PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY. WE WORK AND PARTNER WITH MANY LOCAL AND STATE REFERRAL AGENCIES TO BETTER SERVE PEOPLE WHO ARE LIVING IN POVERTY OR ARE EXPERIENCING EMERGENCY OR CRISIS SITUATIONS. EACH DAY, WE WORK WITH PROUD PEOPLE FROM EASTERN KENTUCKY WHO ARE DOING THEIR BEST TO SURVIVE DURING DIFFICULT ECONOMIC TIMES.
