TO PROMOTE AND ENHANCE THE INTEGRITY AND VISIBILITY OF THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY AND THE MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION THROUGH ADVOCACY, COMMUNICATION, EDUCATION AND POLITICAL ACTION.

CALVACADE OF HOMES AND HOMEFEST ARE ANNUAL SHOW EVENTS. IN 2019 AND 2020 DUE TO LACK OF AVAILABLE BUILDERS THE HOMEFEST EVENT WAS CANCELED.
THE HBA OF NORTHERN KENTUCKY'S ENZWEILER APPRENTICE TRAINING PROGRAM IS THE LONGEST RUNNING AND ONE OF THE LARGEST POST-SECONDARY APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING PROGRAMS UNDER THE AUSPICES OF THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HOME BUILDERS IN THE COUNTRY. THE PROGRAM BEGAN IN 1967 AND CONTINUES TO PROVIDE A WELL-TRAINED WORKFORCE FOR THE LOCAL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY. MANY OF THE ASSOCIATION'S SUCCESSFUL BUSINESSES ARE OWNED AND OPERATED BY GRADUATES OF THE PROGRAM. CLASSES IN CARPENTRY, ELECTRICITY, HEATING AND A/C, PLUMBING, MASONRY, WELDING, FACILITIES MAINTENANCE, AND DIESEL MECHANICS ARE TAUGHT BY PROFESSIONAL TRADES PEOPLE EACH SEPTEMBER THROUGH MARCH. STUDENTS ARE IN CLASS TWO NIGHTS PER WEEK FOR THREE HOURS EACH NIGHT.
