TXP2P EMPOWERS FAMILIES TO BE STRONG ADVOCATES THROUGH PARENT-TO-PARENT SUPPORT, RESOURCE REFERRAL, AND EDUCATION. IN ADDITION, TXP2P EDUCATES PROFESSIONALS ABOUT THE UNIQUE NEEDS OF OUR CHILDREN WITH THE GOAL OF IMPROVING CARE AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR CHILDREN.
