TRINITY COLLEGE OF FLORIDA, FOUNDED IN 1932, IS A PRIVATE FOUR-YEAR COLLEGE THAT PROVIDES ACADEMIC DEGREE PROGRAMS IN TWELVE MAJORS. IT IS A PLACE WHERE STUDENTS AND FACULTY FORM A STRONG COMMUNITY EXTENDING BEYOND THE CLASSROOM. IT IS A PLACE WHERE LIFELONG FRIENDSHIPS ARE FORGED AND A FOUNDATION ON GOD'S WORD IS LAID. THE COLLEGE'S PREPARATION INVOLVES VALUABLE CLASSROOM TRAINING, COMMUNITY SERVICE AND INTERNSHIPS.(CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)THE COLLEGE IS ACCREDITED BY THE COMMISSION ON ACCREDITATION OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR BIBLICAL HIGHER EDUCATION (ABHE). ABHE IS RECOGNIZED AS AN INSTITUTIONAL ACCREDITOR BY THE COUNCIL ON HIGHER EDUCATION ACCREDITATION (CHEA) AND THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION.IN 2013, A DONOR GAVE A FOUNDATIONAL GIFT TO BEGIN THE LIFE CHANGE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM. MANY OTHER FRIENDS OF THE COLLEGE HAVE GIVEN TO THIS SCHOLARSHIP WHICH ENABLES TRINITY TO ASSIST STUDENTS WITH EDUCATIONAL AFFORDABILITY. SINCE INCEPTION OF THE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM, THE COLLEGE HAS AWARDED 276 STUDENTS MORE THAN $900,000.
THE COLLEGE'S STUDENT LIFE OFFICE WORKS DIRECTLY WITH STUDENTS TO ENSURE A PERSONAL CAMPUS LIFE EXPERIENCE. THE STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION SPONSORS ACTIVITIES TO ENJOY OUTSIDE OF THE CLASSROOM. THE ATHLETIC PROGRAM HAS EXPANDED TO INCLUDE: WOMEN'S VOLLEYBALL, MEN'S SOCCER, AND MEN AND WOMEN'S BASKETBALL.
THE COLLEGE'S AUXILIARY ENTERPRISES INCLUDE DINING SERVICES AND RESIDENCE LIFE. THE COLLEGE OFFERS A MEAL PLAN FOR RESIDENT STUDENTS WITH AVAILABILITY FOR COMMUTER STUDENTS TO PARTICIPATE. MAXIMUM RESIDENCE HALL CAPACITY IS CURRENTLY 90.
