(THE "HOSPITAL"), IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR BUSINESS OF PROVIDING HEALTHCARE SERVICES TO PATIENTS AT THE HOSPITAL AND ELSEWHERE, AND TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE AND ADVICE TO SUCH MEMBERS REGARDING ISSUES RELATING TO THE HOSPITAL, THEIR PRIVELEGES, AND THEIR BUSINESS INTERESTS AS SUCH ARE AFFECTED BY THE BUSINESS AND HEALTHCARE ACTIVITIES OF THE HOSPITAL.AMONG THE CRITICAL ISSUES FACING THE PHYSICIAN BUSINESS COMMUNITY IS HOW TO MAINTAIN THEIR PRACTICE INDEPENDENCE AND PURSUE OTHER HEALTHCARE BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, WHILE AT THE SAME TIME MAINTAINING AND IMPROVING THEIR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE HOSPITAL.
