TO PROMOTE CLOSER AFFILIATION OF DIVISIONAL SOCIETIES AND COORDINATE THEIR PROGRAMS. SECTION C. TO PROVIDE COMMUNICATION, PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, TRAINING AND CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR ITS MEMBERS.
