EDUCATION IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE, WEBINARS, AND ONLINE COURSES. IAQA CHAPTERS PRODUCE WORKSHOPS ON A LOCAL LEVEL FOR MEMBERS TO EXCHANGE TECHNICAL INFORMATION, LEARN NEW TECHNOLOGY, GAIN CONTINUING EDUCATION, AND NETWORK.
MEMBER COMMUNICATIONS: IAQA HAS NEARLY 1,630 MEMBERS. COMMUNICATIONS INCLUDE MONTHLY E-NEWSLETTER, FREQUENT E-MAIL ALERTS, WEBSITE ANNOUNCEMENTS, PLUS OTHER BROCHURES, PUBLICATIONS AND GUIDES. IAQA TRACKS LEGISLATION OF INTEREST TO MEMBERS AND REPORTS ON PROPOSED OR APPROVED LEGISLATION REGARDING PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY, WORKER SAFETY, PROFESSIONAL LICENSING AND OTHER AREAS PERTINENT TO INDOOR AIR QUALITY AND IAQA MEMBERS.
