THE OBJECTIVES OF THIS COUNCIL ARE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CENTRAL REPRESENTATIVE BODY HAVING JURISDICTION IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE TRADE OF GENERAL INTEREST TO THE ORGANIZED PAINTERS AND ALLIED TRADES IN THIS DISTRICT AND BRING HARMONY AND UNITY AMONG LOCAL UNIONS.
