CHS DELIVERS A UNIQUE SPECTRUM OF SOCIAL SERVICES WHICH ARE DESIGNED TO PROTECT CHILDREN AT RISK OF ABUSE, NEGLECT OR ABANDONMENT; TO STRENGTHEN AND STABILIZE FAMILIES, AND TO PROVIDE INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS TO CHANGE THE SYSTEM OF FOSTER CARE, AS WE KNOW IT.EACH YEAR, CHS HELPS TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF MORE THAN 100,000 CHILDREN AND FAMILY MEMBERS.
