CHARLIE HOUNCHELL ART STARS SCHOLARSHIPS PROGRAM AWARDED SIX TALENT AND MERIT BASED SCHOLARSHIPS ($2,500 EACH - TOTALING $15,000) TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FOR FINANCIAL TUITION ASSISTANCE FOR HIGHER EDUCATION IN THE ARTS AT COLLEGE, UNIVERSITY, CONSERVATORY OF STUDENT'S CHOICE. THE AWARDS AND TALENT SHOWCASE WAS FILMED AND PRESENTED VIRTUALLY WITH MEDIA PARTNER ONLINE AND POSTED ON TBBCA.ORG.
CHALK WALK PROGRAM PRESENTED FREE FAMILY FRIENDLY PUBLIC ART EXPERIENCE TO THE COMMUNITY AND PROVIDED COMMISSIONED ARTISTS A STIPEND FOR THEIR PARTICIPATION.
