PUBLIC EDUCATION AND OUTREACH: CHADD PROVIDES A BROAD RANGE OF INFORMATION ON THE DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF ADHD IN BOTH ADULTS AND CHILDREN. OUR GOAL IS TO PROVIDE USABLE INFORMATION FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC WHICH IS BASED ON THE LATEST SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH AND STATE OF THE ART TREATMENT GUIDELINES. WE PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION THROUGH MANY MEDIUMS INCLUDING PRINT MEDIA, LOCAL PRESENTATIONS, CHADD'S WEBSITE, TRAININGS, CONFERENCES AND PRESS MEDIA.
MEMBERSHIP AND CHAPTER SERVICES: IN ADDITION TO GOOD INFORMATION, ANYONE DEALING WITH A DIAGNOSIS OF ADHD IN THE COMMUNITY NEEDS SUPPORT FROM OTHERS WHO SHARE THE SAME CONCERNS.
