HARID ENJOYS A LOYAL AND ENTHUSIASTIC AUDIENCE BASE.IN ADDITION, HARID PRESENTS A SERIES OF STUDENT OUTREACH DANCE PERFORMANCES FOR FOURTH- AND FIFTH-GRADE CHILDREN FROM SOUTH PALM BEACH COUNTY PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS. THE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF A FORTY-FIVE-MINUTE PRESENTATION OF THE NUTCRACKER, ACT II. A HARID STUDENT SERVES AS THE MASTER OF CEREMONY FOR EACH PROGRAM AND PROVIDES AN EDUCATIONAL OVERVIEW OF THE PROGRAM AND THEATER ETIQUETTE. SCHOOL TEACHERS ARE ALSO PROVIDED WITH EDUCATION MATERIALS AHEAD OF THE PERFORMANCE DATES.FOR THE STUDENT OUTREACH PROGRAMS, HARID UNDERWRITES THE COST OF THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS' BUSES AND BUS DRIVERS TO HELP ENSURE THE CHILDREN'S ACCESS TO THE PERFORMANCES. IN RECENT YEARS, BETWEEN 1,200 AND 1,600 CHILDREN ANNUALLY HAVE ENJOYED THE OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND HARID'S OUTREACH PERFORMANCES.FOLLOWING A YEAR OF VIRTUAL STUDIES, HARID HAS REOPENED IT CAMPUS AND RESIDENCE HALL. THIRTY-FIVE STUDENTS ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED. THE SCHOOL'S WINTER PERFORMANCES WILL RESUME IN DECEMBER WITH AN ABRIDGED PROGRAM.
