THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A 15-BED RESIDENTIAL FACILITY IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. THE PROGRAM, WHICH IS REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, PROVIDES PERSON-CENTERED, COMPREHENSIVE, AND INDIVIDUALIZED RESIDENTIAL SERVICES FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES. THE FACILITY IS A SUPERIOR ALTERNATIVE TO STATE INSTITUTIONS.(CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)THE FACILITY IS AN ADULT RESIDENTIAL FACILITY THAT PROVIDES 24-HOUR, NON-MEDICAL CARE FOR ADULTS OVER AGE 18, WHO ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE FOR THEIR OWN DAILY NEEDS.
