TO PROVIDE QUALITY LIVING FOR SENIOR CITIZENS IN A 191 UNIT INDEPENDENT LIVING APARTMENT BUILDING, 69 ASSISTED LIVING UNITS, 35 MEMORY CARE UNITS AND 60 SKILLED NURSING FACILITY UNITS IN HOLLY HILL, FLORIDA.WE ARE A FAITH-BASED, MISSION-DRIVEN COMMUNITY, AND WE STRIVE TO INCORPORATE OUR ROOTS AND VALUES IN HOW WE TREAT OUR RESIDENTS. WE OFFER A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS TO ASSIST RESIDENTS IN BEING INDEPENDENT AS LONG AS POSSIBLE.
