SPECIAL SERVICES DISTRICT: TAMPA DOWNTOWN PARTNERSHIP IS UNDER CONTRACT WITH THE CITY OF TAMPA TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING CERTAIN SERVICES TO PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN A SPECIFIC DESIGNATED AREA OF DOWNTOWN TAMPA. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES THESE SERVICES BY EXPENDING FUNDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH A BUDGET PROVIDED BY THE CITY. SERVICES ARE PROVIDED BY EMPLOYEES OF THE ORGANIZATION AND THROUGH OTHER THIRD-PARTY CONTRACTORS.
