PALM BEACH ISLAND HOSPICE FOUNDATION HAS BEEN DEDICATED TO THE SUPPORT OF HOSPICE IN PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA FOR MORE THAN 38 YEARS. THROUGH THE FUNDRAISING EFFORTS AND THE DEDICATED WORK OF OUR INDEPENDENT VOLUNTEER GROUP, THE FOUNDATION IS ABLE TO PROVIDE RESOURCES FOR PROGRAMS THAT SUPPORT END-OF-LIFE CARE FOR PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES.
