EXPENSES INCURRED IN PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT OPERA EDUCATION IN THE SCHOOLS AND COMMUNITY - IN SCHOOL OPERA PROGRAM, OPERA FUNTIME ACTIVITY BOOKS, GIRL SCOUT WORKSHOP, TEACHER WORKSHOP, AND OPERA PREVIEWS. DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, THE ORGANIZATION WAS NOT ABLE TO HOLD SOME WORKSHOPS AND PROGRAMS DURING THE YEAR.
CONTRIBUTIONS WERE MADE TO FLORIDA GRAND OPERA AND TO MAGIC CITY OPERA TO PROMOTE AND SUPPORT OPERA EDUCATION. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO SPONSORS A BIENNIAL VOICE COMPETITION, AND AWARDS YOUNG TALENT.
