PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO MAKE THE VILLAGES A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE; WHERE RESIDENT ARE RESPECTED AND LOCAL GOVERNMENTS ARE RESPONSIVE TO THE NEEDS OF THE RESIDENTS THROUGH EDUCATION, RESEARCH AND REPRESENTATION. WE PUBLISH AND DISTRIBUTE A MONTHLY NEWSPAPER TO APPROXIMATELY 130,000 RESIDENTS. THE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION FUNCTIONS AS A WATCHDOG ORGANIZATION OVERSEEING THE ACTIONS OF THE DEVELOPER AND OUR LOCAL GOVERNMENTS. MEMBERSHIP IS OPEN TO ALL VILLAGES RESIDENTS.
