TO PROVIDE A PLATFORM OF ADVOCACY, EDUCATION, RESEARCH AND COMMUNICATION ADAPTIVE SPORTS AND RECREATION FOR VETERANS PARALYZED AS A RESULT OF SPINAL CORD INJURY OR DYSFUNCTION.

MEMBERSHIP & BENEFITS: PROVIDE SOCIAL AND RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE CHAPTER MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH COMMUNITY EVENTS, SPORTING ACTIVITIES AND SOCIAL EVENTS. SUPPORT RESEARCH AND EDUCATION IN THE AREA OF SPINAL CORD INJURY AND DYSFUNCTION. ACT AS A LIASON BETWEEN PARALYZED VETERNS AND THE VETERANS ADMINISTRATION. RECYCLE POWER WHEELCHAIRS, STANDARD WHEELCHAIRS, HOSPITAL BEDS, LIFTS AND OTHER MEDICAL EQUIPMENT BY RECYCLING DONATIONS OF THESE ITEMS REFURBISHING THEM AND THEN GIVING THEM TO PEOPLE IN NEED THROUGHOUT THE SERVICE AREA.
