(SBSC) WAS FOUNDED IN 1971 AS A NON-PROFIT, COMMUNITY BASED AGENCY WHOSE MISSION IS TO SUPPORT, STRENGTHEN AND EMPOWER FAMILIES TO ACHIEVE SELF-SUFFICIENCY IN SOUTH BREVARD COUNTY, FL. SBSC IS THE LEAD AGENCY PROVIDING ACCESS TO HOUSING AND LIFE STABILITY FOR THOSE IN NEED IN SOUTH BREVARD. WE ARE AN INTAKE CENTER FOR ASSISTING THOSE IN SOUTH BREVARD WHO ARE EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS OR ARE AT RISK OF HOMELESSNESS, AND WE CONNECT THESE INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES TO THE COMMUNITY RESOURCES THAT ARE THE BEST FIT FOR THEIR SITUATIONS.
