NET PROCEEDS FROM THE SALE OF THE INTERPRETIVE/EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL AND CONVENIENCE ITEMS SUPPORT EDUCATIONAL, SCIENTIFIC, HISTORICAL, AND VISITOR SERVICE PROGRAMS OF FOUR LOCAL NATIONAL PARKS.

PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR PARK VISITORS DESIGNED TO PROMOTE KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF, AS WELL AS APPRECIATION FOR THE ECOSYSTEMS, WILDLIFE AND HISTORY OF THE AREA NATIONAL PARKS.
CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICES INCLUDE DIRECT CASH PAYMENTS. NON-CASH ALLOCATIONS REPRESENT PAYMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE NATIONAL PARK SERVICE, WAGES OF PERSONNEL PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO PARK VISITORS AND BOOK/PUBLICATIONS DONATED AT ACTUAL COST.
