THE FLORIDA TRAIL ASSOCIATION DEVELOPS, MAINTAINS, PROTECTS, AND PROMOTES THE UNIQUE FLORIDA NATIONAL SCENIC TRAIL, ALONG WITH A NETWORK OF HIKING TRAILS THROUGHOUT THE STATE OF FLORIDA. THE ASSOCIATION PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PUBLIC TO PARTICIPATE IN ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION, ENGAGE WITH IN OUTDOOR RECREATION AND CONTRIBUTE TO MEANINGFUL VOLUNTEER WORK.
